Leadership Defined

A leader is someone who guides others through tough times when everyone else fails to take on the challenge.  They are individuals who will pursue their goals and lead by example.  They stand strong and do the right thing even when their efforts may seem futile.  Above all else, a leader cares and must be passionate about whatever they strive towards.  They must care about the task at hand, the cause they fight for and the people they lead as well as those who oppose them.  Only then can one be a true leader.
